Privacy policy

Guardian Runtime by LUXION Systems is presented as a technical preview. This informational site describes research direction and product surfaces — not production clearance, regulatory approval, or financial advice. This page describes how we handle information submitted through the inquiry form and related contact paths.

Inquiry data is used solely to respond to general inquiries, technical review requests, design-partner evaluations, research collaboration, and investment conversations.

Contact form data

When the inquiry form is configured for direct submission, we collect only the fields you enter: name, organization, role, email, preferred discussion path, inquiry type, domain, agentic deployment status, and optional message. Optional metadata such as source page or utm_source may be included when present in the URL.

Submissions are used solely to review your inquiry and respond if there is a fit. We do not use form content for advertising profiles, resale, or unrelated analytics.

Do not submit confidential, classified, regulated, financial, medical, legal, or proposal-sensitive information through the form. If you prefer not to use the form, you may email [email protected] directly.

Anti-spam and delivery

When direct submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may run in your browser to reduce automated abuse. Turnstile verification may process your IP address and browser signals. Verified submissions are delivered by email to [email protected] through a transactional email provider (Resend). Message bodies are not written to application logs. A short-lived server-side rate limit may use your IP address to reduce abuse.

If direct submission is unavailable, the form prepares an email draft in your own mail client. In that mode, nothing is sent from our servers until you choose to send the email.

Hosting and processors

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare provides CDN, security, and edge delivery. Inquiry delivery uses Resend when direct submission is enabled. We do not use Formspree or other third-party form backends on this site.

Website analytics

No analytics or marketing tracking scripts are active on this site at present. Page views are not sent to Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar vendors. If we add privacy-preserving analytics later (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible), this page will be updated before those scripts are enabled.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not set first-party cookies for advertising or analytics. When direct form submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use browser storage as part of bot verification. Cloudflare may also set security-related cookies at the network edge. We do not operate a cookie consent banner because we do not run non-essential marketing or analytics trackers on this site.

Embedded content

The interactive demo replay is served from this domain in a same-origin iframe. It does not load third-party video, social widgets, or external embeds.

Retention

Email-only intake follows our mailbox retention practices. We do not maintain a separate inquiry database unless a future change is documented here first.

Legal basis and your rights

LUXION Systems (LUXION Systems) processes inquiry data to respond to your request — a legitimate interest in handling business correspondence. Where you submit the inquiry form, consent is indicated by submission together with the form notice.

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where technically feasible. We do not use inquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Inquiry delivery may involve processors in the EU or United States (Cloudflare, Resend) under their respective terms and safeguards when direct submission is enabled.
