Guardian Runtime operationalizes pre-execution control: evaluating proposed AI actions for action admissibility, evidence sufficiency, and human escalation before they affect tools, data, workflows, or external systems.

Initial pilots can run in shadow mode: Guardian Runtime evaluates proposed AI actions and records what would have been allowed, blocked, escalated, or routed, without interfering with production execution.

Mission language describes direction and operating intent. Empirical claims remain bounded to published evidence and technical-review materials.
